If you have not heard of Jeff, he is basically a guru type guy in the internet marketing world, not quite as well known as some of the others, but he does know his stuff. Known as “the seo guy” Jeff is pretty good with getting large amounts of traffic in sneaky and underground ways that many have not even heard of.
